About

I'm Dr. Souleiman El Balkhi, hospital practitioner and toxicologist at the CHU de Limoges, and head of the biomarker axis at INSERM UMR1248. I've spent my career in analytical toxicology and biomarker research: measuring things precisely, checking claims against evidence, and publishing work that other specialists rely on. That background is the whole point of how I work.

Why expertise matters here

Checking what AI assistants say about a company sounds like a marketing task. It isn't. The hard part is not collecting the answers; anyone can type questions into ChatGPT. The hard part is judging them.

When an assistant describes a technical product, the errors that matter are rarely loud. They're subtle: a product that estimates described as one that determines. A capability offered for research use presented as production-ready. A careful, defensible claim inflated into one your team would never sign off on. To a generalist, those answers look fine: fluent, confident, plausible. To someone who knows the field, they're the difference between an accurate representation and a liability.

That's why a useful AI-visibility audit has to be done by someone who can evaluate substance, not just presence. "You were mentioned in 7 of 10 answers" tells you almost nothing. "The assistant is attributing a certification you don't hold" tells you exactly what to fix and why it's urgent.

How I work

I work as an advisor, not an agency. I measure what the assistants actually say, check it against your own source of truth, and then direct your team, the people who genuinely understand your product, through the fixes. Everything gets measured before and after, so you're never taking improvement on faith.

I keep the engagement structure deliberately light: a free snapshot first, a full audit only if the snapshot warrants it, and implementation help only if the audit does. Alongside my clinical and research work, I curate Albuminomics, an open knowledge base on human serum albumin, a project built on the same conviction: technical knowledge deserves to be represented accurately, including by AI.

Start with the snapshot

If you want to know how the assistants currently describe your product, ask me for a snapshot. It's free, and it will tell both of us whether there's anything worth doing.
